Det er imidlertid afvist fra de norske skattemyndigheder.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00e6ldende fra i dag <u>skal<\/u> alle E-handelsvirksomheder lade sig registrere i Norge samt opkr\u00e6ve og indberette norsk moms af sit salg til Norge. Er E-handelsvirksomheden ikke allerede registreret med et NUF eller AS i Norge skal selskabet som minimum lade sig VOEC registrere.<\/p>\n<p>VOEC-registrering er et krav for udenlandske E-handelsvirksomheder med salg til norske forbrugere. VOEC \u2013 registreringen foretages direkte til de norske myndigheder.<\/p>\n<p>Goods with a value of up to NOK 3,000 are imported duty-free and no customs clearance is carried out in Norway. \nHigh and low value goods cannot be sent together, as goods worth over NOK 3,000 must be cleared through customs.<\/p>\n<p>Der er i overgangsperioden fortsat deklarationsfritag for varer med en v\u00e6rdi p\u00e5 under NOK 350 for at undg\u00e5 en ophobning af varer ved gr\u00e6nsen, som skal fortoldes.<\/p>\n<p>The Norwegian authorities have strengthened their border control to ensure that all goods from webshops and e-market places are including VAT.
