{"id":2260,"date":"2020-11-06T10:36:44","date_gmt":"2020-11-06T09:36:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.timevat.com\/?p=2260"},"modified":"2020-11-06T10:36:49","modified_gmt":"2020-11-06T09:36:49","slug":"brexit-nye-momsregler-for-e-commerce-til-uk-2021","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.timevat.com\/en\/brexit-nye-momsregler-for-e-commerce-til-uk-2021\/","title":{"rendered":"BREXIT &#8211; Nye momsregler for E-commerce til UK 2021"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I forl\u00e6ngelse af at UK udtr\u00e6der af EU kommer der nye krav til danske webshops med salg til britiske forbrugere.<\/p>\n<p>Fra 1. januar 2021 flyttes momsforpligtelsen fra tidspunktet for import til tidspunktet for salget (point of sale) for alle sendinger med en v\u00e6rdi p\u00e5 under \u00a3 135.<\/p>\n<p>Det betyder konkret, at har du websalg af varer med en v\u00e6rdi p\u00e5 under \u00a3 135 til britiske forbrugere, bliver det lovpligtigt for danske webshops at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Momsregistre sig i UK<\/li>\n<li>Fakturere britisk moms p\u00e5 20% p\u00e5 salgstidspunktet<\/li>\n<li>Sikre import af varer ved britisk gr\u00e6nse og levere DDP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/p>\n<p><u>Import af varer i UK<\/u><br \/>\nMinimumsgr\u00e6nsen p\u00e5 \u00a3 15 bortfalder helt fra 1. januar og derfor vil alle varer skulle indfortoldes ved ankomst til britisk gr\u00e6nse. Er sendingsv\u00e6rdien under \u00a3 135 vil varen v\u00e6re toldfri.<\/p>\n<p>For sendinger med en v\u00e6rdi p\u00e5 under \u00a3 135 vil importmomsen ikke l\u00e6ngere blive opkr\u00e6vet ifm. indfortoldningen af sendingen.<\/p>\n<p><u>Hvorledes beregnes v\u00e6rdien p\u00e5 \u00a3 135?<\/u><br \/>\nGr\u00e6nsev\u00e6rdien p\u00e5 \u00a3 135 udg\u00f8res af det som kaldes \u201dintrinsic value of the goods\u201d.
