Den reducerede sats neds\u00e6ttes fra <strong>14 % til 13,5 %<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvilke leverancer er omfattet?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c6ndringen omfatter blandt andet f\u00f8lgende varer og ydelser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00f8devarer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restaurant- og cateringydelser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>B\u00f8ger, b\u00e5de trykte og elektroniske<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00e6gemidler<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kultur-, sports- og motionsydelser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Persontransport og overnatning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Der er tale om en bred \u00e6ndring, som ber\u00f8rer mange virksomheder med aktivitet p\u00e5 det finske marked \u2013 b\u00e5de lokale og udenlandske.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvorn\u00e5r g\u00e6lder den nye momssats?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Den korrekte momssats afg\u00f8res som udgangspunkt af:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Leveringsdatoen<\/strong> for varer, eller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tidspunktet for, hvorn\u00e5r ydelsen er fuldt udf\u00f8rt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved <strong>forudbetalinger<\/strong> skal der anvendes den momssats, der er g\u00e6ldende p\u00e5 betalingstidspunktet. Det betyder, at betalinger modtaget f\u00f8r 1. januar 2026 fortsat skal p\u00e5l\u00e6gges 14 % moms, selvom leveringen sker efter \u00e5rsskiftet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Public service-medier<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Den nye reducerede sats p\u00e5 <strong>13,5 %<\/strong> vil ogs\u00e5 fremover finde anvendelse p\u00e5 <strong>public service-medier<\/strong>, som tidligere var omfattet af en s\u00e6rskilt sats p\u00e5 10 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vigtigt at forberede sig i god tid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Virksomheder, der er momsregistreret i Finland eller leverer varer og ydelser med finsk moms, b\u00f8r allerede nu sikre, at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>faktureringssystemer og ERP-l\u00f8sninger kan h\u00e5ndtere den nye sats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>overgangsreglerne h\u00e5ndteres korrekt ved \u00e5rsskiftet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kontrakter, prisstrukturer og forudbetalinger vurderes i lyset af \u00e6ndringen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>TIMEVAT f\u00f8lger udviklingen t\u00e6t og assisterer gerne med vurdering af konsekvenser, systemtilpasninger og korrekt h\u00e5ndtering af overgangsperioden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00c6ndringer til den reducerede sats Fra og med 1. januar 2026 gennemf\u00f8rer Finland en justering af den reducerede momssats.
