From January 2020 your must apply for the Norwegian HSE card / construction identification card from new supplier in Norway. At the same time we will see some changes with respect to procedures and requirements for the card.
Old and new cards have a validity of 2 years and you can use existing and valid cards until the expiry date on the cards.
If you have an old HSE card and need to renew it, you will have to retrieve all data again since existing data on a person (HSE card owner) will be deleted.
New initiatives include:
Signature is removed from the card.
Login for applying for cards is via ID-port.
I order to apply for HSE cards you or your representative must be registered with the Norwegian Brønnøysund Register (The Norwegian Company House).
